India’s *Business Standard* [reports](https://www.business-standard.com/companies/news/aurobindo-pharma-s-new-injectable-facility-get-10-observations-from-us-fda-123122400593%5F1.html?ref=fdaweb.com) the company said in a regulatory filing that the observations were “procedural” and would be addressed within the stipulated time.
