> FDA says that 10 potential signals of serious risks/new safety information were identified by the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System between 10/2015 and 12/2015\. A [chart](http://www.fda.gov/Drugs/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/Surveillance/AdverseDrugEffects/ucm491645.htm?ref=fdaweb.com) lists the signals and FDA action. In the case of the potential for wrong drug error with calcium gluconate injection, FDA says that the contained labels were revised to better differentiate the product from sterile water for injection. In eight other cases, the agency is evaluating the need for regulatory action, while in one case it has determined that no action is necessary.
