FDA has released a list of 18 drug products for which there was a potential signal of serious risks or new safety information during the second quarter of 2024\. FDA [says](https://www.fda.gov/drugs/questions-and-answers-fdas-adverse-event-reporting-system-faers/april-june-2024-potential-signals-serious-risksnew-safety-information-identified-fda-adverse-event?ref=fdaweb.com) it is evaluating the need for regulatory action for 17 of the products. It reports that for the 18th, the prasugrel container labels were revised in 8/2024 to differentiate the products.
