FDA has issued two documents with answers to frequently asked questions about medical device recalls and reports of corrections and removals. The first, [*Medical Device Recalls and Reports of Corrections and Removals, Part 7, Part 806: Frequently Asked Questions*](http://www.fda.gov/media/170726/download?attachment&ref=fdaweb.com) answers common questions about medical device recalls and reports of medical device corrections and removals. It does not address reports submitted as a requirement of the Electronic Product Radiation Control Program.
