# $2 Million FDA Grant to Marker Therapeutics

FDA has awarded a $2 million grant to Marker Therapeutics to support its Phase 2 ARTEMIS trial of MT-401, its lead multi-tumor associated antigen T-cell product candidate, in patients with post-transplant acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The company [says](https://ir.markertherapeutics.com/news-releases/news-release-details/marker-therapeutics-awarded-2-million-grant-us-fda-support?ref=fdaweb.com) the grant will support the treatment arm evaluating MT-401 in patients with post-transplant AML with minimal residual disease. MT-401 was granted orphan drug designation to treat AML patients following allogeneic stem cell transplant in 2020, the company says.
