2 Vet4U Inspection Observations

FDA has released the form FDA-483 with two observations from the agency’s 3/9-3/11 inspection at Vet4U, a Clay, NY, drug distributor. The specific inspection observations were:

failure to have adequate systems and processes to enable compliance with the verification requirements of section 582(c) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Drug Supply Chain Security Act; and
failure to comply with the requirements of section 582(c) as amended by the Drug Supply Chain Security Act.
