FDA has released the [FDA-483](https://www.fda.gov/downloads/Drugs/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/CDERFOIAElectronicReadingRoom/UCM577364.pdf?ref=fdaweb.com) issued following a 9/11-9/15 inspection at the Dr. Reddy’s drug manufacturing facility in Mirfield, West Yorkshire, UK. The specific observations cited were: 

- procedures are not established or followed;
- cleaning procedures or clean status is not established; and
- manually managed materials in the warehouse are not separated during storage.
