5-Year Debarment for Ross Lucien

Federal Register notice: FDA is issuing an order debarring Ross Lucien for five years from importing or offering for import any drug into the U.S. The action is related to Lucien’s recent conviction on one felony count of conspiracy to smuggle goods into the U.S. He previously was involved in a scheme involving the Web site www.ExpressPCT.com where he agreed to receive, repackage, and reship misbranded prescription drugs purchased by customers without a prescription and shipped from foreign countries, predominantly India.
