# Acadia Unloads Priority Voucher for $150 Million

Acadia Pharmaceuticals says it is selling its Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher (PRV) for $150 million to an undisclosed buyer. The PRV was awarded to Acadia 3/2023 following FDA approval of the company’s Daybue (trofinetide) for treating Rett syndrome. The company says the sale proceeds will support its commercial operations, and R&D programs in central nervous system and rare disease products.
