# Acceleron Failed to Submit Trial Results: FDA

FDA has sent a notice of noncompliance to Acceleron Pharma for failing to submit required summary results information to ClinicalTrials.gov. An online [notice](https://www.fda.gov/science-research/fdas-role-clinicaltrialsgov-information/clinicaltrialsgov-notices-noncompliance-and-civil-money-penalty-actions?utm%5Fmedium=email&utm%5Fsource=govdelivery) says Acceleron has 30 days in which to submit the information from a trial that evaluated the safety and effectiveness of dalantercept in combination with axitinib (Pfizer’s Inlyta) in patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma.

FDA is authorized to seek civil money penalties for the violation if the company fails to submit the required information within 30 days.
