FDA says Accord Healthcare recalled daptomycin for injection 500 mg/vial and daptomycin for injection 350 mg/vial in one lot due to a labeling mix-up. An agency [notice](https://www.fda.gov/safety/recalls-market-withdrawals-safety-alerts/accord-healthcare-inc-issues-nationwide-voluntary-recall-daptomycin-injection-500-mgvial-and?ref=fdaweb.com) says the recall came after the company received a complaint from a hospital pharmacy that labels were found misapplied to cartons.
