Members of the FDA Central Nervous System Drugs Advisory Committee have voted unanimously to recommend approval of GW Pharma’s Epidiolex, which contains cannabidiol, for treating seizures associated with two rare types of childhood epilepsy — Lennox-Gestaut syndrome and Dravet syndrome.
