AnazaoHealth FDA-483

FDA has released the FDA-483 issued following a 9/9-9/19 inspection at AnazaoHealth, a Las Vegas, NV, outsourcing facility. The three inspection observations were:

aseptic processing areas are deficient regarding the system for cleaning and disinfecting the room and equipment to produce aseptic conditions;
the flow of components, drug product containers, and in-process materials through the building is not designed to prevent contamination; and
bulk drug substances used by the outsourcing facility to compound drug products are not each manufactured by an establishment registered under section 510 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
