# BioSig Tech Gets Pure EP System Cleared

FDA has cleared a BioSig Technologies 510(k) for the Pure EP System, a computerized system intended for acquiring, digitizing, amplifying, filtering, measuring and calculating, displaying, recording and storing of electrocardiographic and intracardiac signals for patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures. The device is intended for use under the supervision of licensed healthcare practitioners who are responsible for interpreting the data. It aims to “minimize noise and artifacts, and acquire high-fidelity cardiac signals,” the company says.
