*Federal Register* notice: FDA has determined that Accord Healthcare’s bortezomib solution was not withdrawn due to safety or effectiveness reasons. The determination will allow FDA to approve ANDAs that reference the drug if all other legal and regulatory requirements are met. Bortezomib is indicated for treating adult patients with multiple myeloma or mantle cell lymphoma.
