# Cadila Healthcare FDA-483 Released

FDA has released the FDA-483 issued following a 2/21-3/1 agency inspection at Cadila Healthcare, Himachal, Pradesh, India. Inspection observations made at the drug manufacturing facility included: 

- equipment used is the manufacture, processing, packing, or holding of drug products is not of appropriate design to facilitate operations for its intended use;
- master production and control records lack complete manufacturing and control instructions; and
- batch production and control records do not include complete information relating to the production and control of each batch.
