# Cantrell Recalling All Sterile Drug Products

Cantrell Drug Co. says it is recalling all lots of unexpired sterile drug products to the hospital and user level due to lack of sterility assurance. FDA has [published](https://www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/ucm568494.htm?source=govdelivery&utm%5Fmedium=email&utm%5Fsource=govdelivery) a Cantrell news release on the recall.

The company says the recalled products were distributed to healthcare facilities nationwide except for the states of Connecticut, Hawaii, South Carolina, and Vermont. To date, it says, it has not received any reports of adverse events.

The affected products include all lots distributed 2/16-7/19, packaged in a syringe or IV bag.
