CBER Plans 21 Guidances This Year

CBER has released its Guidance Agenda showing 21 topics the Center is considering for guidance development during calendar year 2020. The document says the list includes topics that currently have no guidance associated with them, topics where updated guidance may be helpful, and topics for which CBER has already issued Level 1 draft guidances that may be finalized following review of public comments.

There are three categories of guidances in the list: Blood and Blood Components (8 guidances planned); Tissued and Advanced Therapies (10 guidances); and Other (3 guidances).
