CBER Tissues/Advanced Therapies Director Bryan Retiring

After more than 22 years at FDA, CBER Office of Tissues and Advanced Therapies director Wilson Bryan is retiring in March. Bryan is a neurologist by training and graduated from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Before coming to FDA, he served on the neurology faculty at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School for 13 years. He also previously been involved as an investigator on clinical trials in cerebrovascular disease and neuromuscular disorders, particularly amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. As for his future endeavors, Bryan told FDA Webview that he does not have any definite plans at this time.
