It says that 300,000 patients participated in these trials, and 35% were from the U.S. The summary also provides an overall participation rate of each demographic group globally and within the U.S., followed by participation trends over the five-year span and by therapeutic areas. The report looks at 231 snapshots over the five-year period, with the majority of applications containing data both from U.S. and foreign sites. It also finds that 10.3% had data exclusively from U.S. sites and 5.4% exclusively from foreign sites.
