# CDRH Plans 21 Guidances This Year

CDRH has released a list of 11 final and 10 draft guidance topics (A-List) that it intends to publish this fiscal year. The [post](https://www.fda.gov/MedicalDevices/DeviceRegulationandGuidance/GuidanceDocuments/ucm529396.htm?ref=fdaweb.com) also includes a list of five final and two draft guidances (B-List) that will be published as resources permit, and a list of 20 existing final guidances that are subject to focused retrospective review.

“Although resource constraints and new issues that emerge over the course of the year may preclude CDRH from issuing every guidance document on the A-list and B-list, and may require that CDRH issue guidance documents not on the lists,” the post says, “the A-list and B-list are intended to provide helpful information about CDRH’s current priorities for the upcoming fiscal year.”

The Center is asking for comments on the guidance lists, and especially the relative priorities within the lists, as well as suggestions for new or different guidances.
