# CDRH Prioritized FY 2024 Guidance List

FDA has published a list of three final guidances and 18 draft guidances it intends to publish in FY 2024\. The [list](https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/guidance-documents-medical-devices-and-radiation-emitting-products/cdrh-proposed-guidance-development?ref=fdaweb.com) also shows two final and one draft guidances the Center says will be published as guidance development resources permit.

The final guidance topics it intends to publish are:

- remanufacturing of medical devices;
- medical device shortages; and
- marketing submission recommendations for a predetermined change control plan for artificial intelligence/machine learning-enabled device software functions.
