CDRH Publishes Guidance Lists

CDRH has published lists of guidance documents that it intends to publish in FY 2016 and previously-issued final guidances for which it wants to receive external feedback on whether they should be revised or withdrawn. There are two lists of guidances the Center wants to issue — an “A-list” of guidances it fully intends to publish and a “B-list” of guidances to be published as resources permit.

The Center is seeking public comment on any or all of the documents. Comments may include draft language on the proposed A-list and B-list topics, suggestions for new or different guidance documents, or the relative priority of guidance documents. Comments may also include a suggestion that CDRH revise or withdraw a final guidance document that issued previously as part of its retrospective review.
