CDRH says its strategic priorities for 2018-2020 are **(1)** employee engagement, opportunity, and success; **(2)** simplicity; and **(3)** collaborative communities. Simplicity is about how CDRH addresses the challenges achieving its mission and vision present. And collaborative communities acknowledge that CDRH serves the public better and achieves its vision when stakeholders in the medical device ecosystem proactively work together to solve both shared problems and problems unique to others.
