Clinical Trial Financial Disclosure Info Collection

Federal Register notice: FDA is seeking comments on an information collection extension entitled “Financial Disclosure by Clinical Investigators.” The collection supports FDA regulations that require applications relying on clinical studies to include a complete list of clinical investigators who participated in a covered clinical study. The investigators must either certify the absence of certain financial arrangements or disclose the nature of those arrangements and the steps taken to minimize the potential for bias.
