# Comments on Magnetic Resonance Labeling Guidance

AdvaMed says that an FDA draft guidance on testing and labeling medical devices for safety in the magnetic resonance environment could benefit from having more example devices added to the scope section due to the large number of devices affected by the guidance. The comment [letter](https://www.regulations.gov/document?D=FDA-2019-D-2837-0024&ref=fdaweb.com) also says it would be helpful to organize the guidance into separate, clearly defined sections that are applicable to different types of devices such as implantable devices, wearable devices, partially implantable devices, or adjacent equipment such as oxygen tanks. AdvaMed also includes line-by-line technical comments.
