Janssen says a plan by the CDER Office of Prescription Drug Promotion to study how patients and doctors value different aspects of medical product labels “is invaluable in improving clinical care by assessing both what patients and physicians value when considering medical products and how these values may lead to different decisions.” The Janssen comment [letter](https://www.regulations.gov/comment/FDA-2022-N-0081-0010?ref=fdaweb.com) suggests changes in terms of clarification of study purpose and objectives; qualitative research; preference elicitation method; and pre-testing and estimated burden.
