Federal Register notice: FDA is seeking comments on an information collection extension for “Form FDA 3728, Animal Generic User Fee Act Cover Sheet — 21 U.S.C. 379j — OMB Control Number 0910–0632.” The cover sheet is designed to collect the minimum necessary information to determine whether a fee is required for review of an application, to determine the amount of the fee required, and to account for and track user fees.
