Comments Sought on Cell Tissue Product Info. Collection

Federal Register notice: FDA is seeking comments on an information collection extension on “Human Cells, Tissues, and Cellular and Tissue-Based Products (HCT/P) : Establishment Registration and Listing; Eligibility Determination for Donors; and Current Good Tissue Practice.” The agency’s regulations (21 CFR part 1271) require domestic and foreign establishments that recover, process, store, label, package, or distribute such products to register with FDA and submit a list of each product manufactured. The regulations also require HCT/P establishments to follow good tissue practices. To view the notice, click here.
