*Federal Register* notice: FDA is seeking comments on an information collection extension entitled “Medical Devices; Reports of Corrections and Removals — 21 CFR Part 806.” The information collection requires reporting within 10 working days of initiating any action to correct or remove a device that poses a health risk or to remedy a violation of the Food Drug & Cosmetic Act caused by the device which may present a health risk.
