*Federal Register* notice: FDA is seeking comments on an information collection extension entitled “Environmental Impact Considerations” (OMB Control Number 0910-0322). The collection supports the National Environmental Policy Act, which addresses national environmental objectives and imposes upon each federal agency the duty to consider the environmental effects of its actions. All FDA applications or petitions requesting agency action require the submission of a claim for categorical exclusion or an environmental assessment.
