Compass Pathways says it will accelerate by nine to 12 months the planned launch of its COMP360 psilocybin treatment for treatment-resistant depression. A company [statement](https://ir.compasspathways.com/News--Events-/news/news-details/2025/Compass-Pathways-Announces-Third-Quarter-2025-Financial-Results-and-Business-Highlights-Including-Acceleration-of-Commercial-Launch-Plans-by-9-12-Months/default.aspx?ref=fdaweb.com) says moving up the projected launch follows completion of the COMP006 trial enrollment and a positive meeting with FDA on NDA submission strategies, including a potential rolling submission.

The statement also says a late-stage clinical trial design is being finalized with consideration of FDA comments for a trial of COMP360 in post-traumatic stress disorder.
