Consolidated OPDP Untitled Letters Page

CDER’s Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP) has launched a new Web page to display untitled letters issued for drug advertising and promotion violations. The Web page consolidates all OPDP untitled letters issued since 2017 onto a single page. Previously, they were displayed on separate Web pages based on the year the letters were issued. OPDP untitled letters issued before 2017 will be available on the new Web page under a link to the “FDA Archive,” CDER says. OPDP Warning Letters will continue to be posted to the agency’s main Warning Letter Web page, it adds.
