Corbus Changes Drug’s Clinical Trial Primary Endpoint

Corbus Pharmaceuticals says that after a meeting with FDA staff, it will change the primary efficacy endpoint of the ongoing RESOLVE-1 Phase 3 trial of its investigational drug lenabasum for systemic sclerosis in the U.S. The company says the primary endpoint is being changed from change in modified Rodnan Skin core to the American College of Rheumatology Combined Response Index in diffuse cutaneous Systemic Sclerosis (ACR CRISS). It says the ACR CRISS was the primary efficacy endpoint of the Phase 2 trial evaluating lenabasum for treating diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis.
