A New Jersey federal court has approved Indivior’s request for a temporary restraining order to stop Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories from launching its generic form of Indivior’s Suboxone (buprenorphene and Naloxone sublingual film) opioid disorder medication. Media accounts [indicate](https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/industry/healthcare/biotech/pharmaceuticals/temporary-restraining-order-for-dr-reddys-in-us/articleshow/64616818.cms?ref=fdaweb.com) that the order will remain in place until a 6/28 expedited hearing on Indivior’s request for a preliminary injunction against Dr. Reddy’s. Meanwhile, Dr. Reddy’s says it is confident of its position on the branded drug’s patent.
