Digital Health Frequently Asked Questions

CDRH has developed a Digital Health Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Web page to help developers bring innovative technologies to market. The Center encourages developers to contact its Digital Health Center of Excellence (DHCoE) throughout the development process with questions about digital health regulatory considerations. If after a developer has reviewed the FAQ Web page and still has questions, CDRH recommends that they email the digital health regulatory questions to DigitalHealth@fda.hhs.gov. “If you have an inquiry that is linked to a specific product, we encourage you to share information such as the product’s intended use, full functionality, and marketing claims you wish to make in your email,” it adds.
