*Federal Register* notice: FDA has made available a draft guidance entitled “Opioid Use Disorder: Endpoints for Demonstrating Effectiveness of Drugs for Medication-Assisted Treatment.” The document addresses acceptable clinical endpoints for such drugs. The agency is also requesting comments on when the use of placebo or active controls is most appropriate in these clinical trials.
