Drug Compounding Registration Info Collection

Federal Register notice: FDA is seeking comments on an information collection extension entitled “Registration of Human Drug Compounding Outsourcing Facilities Under Section 503B of the FD&C Act and Associated Fees Under Section 744K.” The collection supports agency regulations that require outsourcing facilities to register annually to provide information that includes its name, place of business, a unique facility identifier, and a point of contact’s email address and phone number.
