*Federal Register* notice: FDA has submitted to OMB an information collection revision entitled “Registration of Human Drug Compounding Outsourcing Facilities Under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and Associated Fees” (OMB Control Number 0910–0776). The collection supports FDA’s policy allowing drug products compounded in a registered outsourcing facility to qualify for exemptions from FDA-approval and labeling requirements.
