FDA has published a guidance, *Importation of Prescription Drugs Final Rule Questions and Answers* (Small Entity Compliance Guide), to help small entities better understand the 10/1/20 final rule on the importation of prescription drugs. The agency [says](https://www.fda.gov/regulatory-information/search-fda-guidance-documents/importation-prescription-drugs-final-rule-questions-and-answers-small-entity-compliance-guide?ref=fdaweb.com) the Q&A document restates in plain language the legal requirements in the final rule and is intended to assist small entities in complying with the final rule. The final rule became effective on 11/30/20.
