East Fork Cultivars Illegal CBD Products

FDA says its review of Web sites and social media sites maintained by East Fork Cultivars in Takilma, OR, determined the company takes orders for products that are promoted as containing cannabidiol. A 12/22/2023 Warning Letter says that claims on the Web sites establish that the products are misbranded unapproved new drugs.

East Fork was told to respond with a list of specific steps it has taken to correct the violations and prevent their recurrence, with a schedule for completing the corrections.
