EMD Serono says the FDA discussion paper “Communicating Cybersecurity Vulnerabilities to Patients: Considerations for a Framework” captures appropriate elements that should be considered. The company [letter](https://www.regulations.gov/contentStreamer?documentId=FDA-2020-N-1933-0012&attachmentNumber=1&contentType=pdf&ref=fdaweb.com) gives comments on sections of the FDA paper that could help to strengthen or clarify the text. The sections include “Interpretability: Make it Easy for People to Read,” “Availability and Findability: Make it Easy for Patients to Find and Use,” “Communication Structure,” and “Outreach and Distribution Vehicles.”
