# Everything Health Selling Illegal Covid Products: FDA

FDA says its review of a Web site and social media pages maintained by Everything Health LLC, Carnation, WA, determined that the company illegally offers CoronaBox for sale in the U.S. A 5/24 [Warning Letter](https://www.fda.gov/inspections-compliance-enforcement-and-criminal-investigations/warning-letters/everything-health-llc-613718-05242021?ref=fdaweb.com) says the product is intended to mitigate, prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure Covid-19 in people.

“Based on our review,” the letter says, “this product is an unapproved new drug sold in violation of section 505(a) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Furthermore, this product is a misbranded drug….”

The letter cites claims made on the firm’s Web site and social media pages that represent the product as being safe and/or effective for the treatment or prevention of Covid-19.

The company was told to take immediate action to address the cited violations and to respond with a list of specific steps taken to address the violations, with an explanation of each step taken to prevent the recurrence of any violations and copies of any related documentation.

Everything Health was added to an FDA list of Web sites maintained by firms that have received Warning Letters for selling unapproved Covid drugs, the agency says. Once the firm takes acceptable corrective actions, it says, the list will be updated to reflect that fact.
