Export Notification/Recordkeeping Info Collection

Federal Register notice: FDA has submitted to OMB an information collection extension entitled “Export Notification and Recordkeeping Requirements” (OMB Control Number 0910-0482). The collection pertains to exporters who have notified FDA of their intent to export unapproved products.
