# Fast Track Designation for TG Therapeutics’ Cancer Drug

FDA has granted a fast track designation for TG Therapeutics’ combination of its ublituximab, an investigational glycoengineered anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody, and its umbralisib, an investigational once-daily, oral, dual inhibitor of P13K-delta and CK1-epsilon, for treating adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The company says its fast track application was based on data from the UNITY-CLL Phase 3 study that met its primary endpoint of progression-free survival.
