The company, according to an [FDA notice](https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/fda-ftc-warn-company-marketing-unapproved-cannabidiol-products-unsubstantiated-claims-treat-teething?ref=fdaweb.com), used product Web pages and social media sites to make the unfounded claims. It also says that some products were unlawfully marketed as dietary supplements. “The agency has determined that CBD products cannot be marketed as dietary supplements,” it adds.
