# FDA Approves Novo Nordisk’s Rebinyn

FDA has approved Novo Nordisk’s BLA for Rebinyn (nonacog beta pegol; N9-GP) for treating adults and children with hemophilia B. The company says Rebinyn is indicated for on-demand treatment and control of bleeding episodes and the perioperative management of bleeding around the time of surgery in adults and children with hemophilia B.

Rebinyn is described as an extended half-life factor IX molecule for replacement therapy in patients with hemophilia B.
