FDA Debarment Order Against Pharmacist Reinhard

Federal Register notice: FDA is issuing an order permanently debarring Mark Reinhard from providing services in any capacity to a person that has an approved or pending drug product application. FDA bases this order on a finding that Reinhard was convicted of a felony related to his pharmacist role at Meds 2 Go Express Pharmacy. There, he engaged in unlicensed wholesale distribution of Tramadol, the agency contends. Specifically, Reinhard also aided and abetted individuals who combined, conspired, confederated, and agreed to engage in a scheme to sell, distribute, and dispense prescription drugs over the internet and to deliver those prescription drugs to customers, without the issuance of valid prescriptions.
