FDA Debars Kulakevich for 5 Years

Federal Register notice: FDA has issued an order debarring William Kulakevich for five years from importing or offering for import any drug into the U.S. The debarment is based on Kulakevich’s previous felony conviction related to asetizolam sales to consumers through his Web site (www.etizy.com). The unapproved drug, which he imported from India, is chemically similar to benzodiazepines and carries risks of dependency, toxicity, and the possibility of a fatal overdose.
