*Federal Register* notice: FDA is denying a debarment hearing request from **Marwan Massouh** and is issuing an order debarring him for three years from providing services related to an approved or pending drug product application. Massouh pled guilty in 2013 to purchasing oncology drugs from a drug distributor located in Canada and introducing the misbranded drugs into interstate commerce.
